To make a booking you can use our online booking system at the top of the page, or call us directly on +44 (0)1599 534 510. When making a booking (either online or by phone) you will be required to pay for your first night of accommodation as a deposit (so make sure you have your credit or debit card handy!). Staying with children:
If any guest within your booking is under the age of 18 please contact us before making the reservation online.
Children are welcome in our private rooms but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are only permitted to stay in dormitory rooms if the whole room has been booked for sole occupancy. We cannot accommodate children in dorm rooms with other guests.
Check in:
The hostel reception is open from 8am-12pm and then from 5pm-10.3opm. If you arrive in the afternoon feel free to make yourself at home and use the hostel facilities. Check-in is available again between 5pm & 10.30pm.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 12.00 noon the day before your booking is due to commence will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
