To make a booking you can use our online booking system at the left of the page, or call us directly on +44 (0)1463 236 556. When making a booking (either online or by phone) you will be required to pay for your first night of accommodation as a deposit (so make sure you have your credit or debit card handy!). Staying with children :
If any guest within your booking is under the age of 18 please contact us before making the reservation online.
As all of our accommodation in Inverness is comprised of dorm rooms, we can only accept families with children if a whole room has been booked for sole occupancy. We cannot accommodate children in dorm rooms with other guests,
Check in:
The hostel reception is open from 8am-12pm and then from 5pm-10.3opm. If you arrive in the afternoon feel free to make yourself at home and use the hostel facilities. Check-in is available again between 5pm & 10.30pm.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 12.00 noon the day before your booking is due to commence will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
